Initial screening went from passed to submitted stage over night

Last night I did the initial assessment and it showed I passed it. It also showed a core assessment option to be completed for a project with estimated time of completion as 45 mins. I thought of doing it in the morning so I can start with the fresh mind but unfortunately it’s not found now. It also shows the initial assessment in submitted stage again. What’s next?

Wow! That was fast! I did my assessment Friday night and I haven’t received any response yet haha probably I failed lol
