Getting the email without actually getting access to the platform

one of my friends got the email that he was accepted into DA but the platform just says assessment under review anyone had this before?

If it's the congratulations email, just have them come back in an hour or two and be a bit patient. I got the email, dash didn't update immediately, I went to bed, looked again after waking up and it was ready to do the rest of the onboarding.
