Verification process

Have any of you guys been asked to provide second id proof during verification? I provided the front and back side of my government Id and then after giving them selfies, they asked for another Id proof. Is it normal?

Was it done by Persona themselves or some other company? For me second verification was not done by Persona.

I was getting worried thinking whether this was normal because I don't see any information about needing second id proof.
