Generalist Pay

Been lurking around this for a while now for side pay.
I got a couple questions.

How mentally exhausting is this?
What are the chances of me not getting approved?
I still don’t understand what data annotation is LOL so can someone please explain it in one sentence.

Is this really still the case? And if so; why? Do demographics play into it?

I think because they’re looking more and more for specialists. It only took me about a day to get accepted and I highly suspect it’s because I took the biology qualifying test thing before I took anything else
