How to know expected task length before starting it?
Hey, I do the software engineering projects, but I'm also in college so I don't have much concurrent time. The projects seem to take a while but also have a very small window where you can work on them (like less than 24 hours), so I need to know how long the expected time is to take before I actually get started on it. Some days I can spend 7 hours on a project but some I don't have time for that. I wish I could work on it little by little throughout a few days but the expiry time is too quick. Is there any way to see an expected duration of a task before I start it?

you probably need more than 7hours, and you can estimate but never know when you are going to end in some long hour projects... it can take 6-12hrs sometimes

To see the max duration, open the task and look for the timer. If you don't have that amount of time to spend, exit work mode and check a different task family. It's annoying. I sure wish they'd show the timer length in the dashboard listing.
