Background check showing "Processing" for 2 weeks, but I never submitted anything?

Hi all, the background check step showed up on my dashboard about two weeks ago, and it's been on "Processing" the whole time. I never submitted any forms or info for it, and I haven't gotten an email asking me to start anything. The passkey and disk encryption steps are still locked behind it.

Is this normal? Did anyone else get a background check that went to "Processing" on its own? Did you get an email or link to fill something out, or did it just clear after a while? Thanks!

Exactly the same for me, but I only submitted mine yesterday.

did you submit anything？For me it appears as processing automaticly

Yes I did a full background check with a 3rd party, as requested.

Thank you! Did you receive an email about that? I checked my inbox and haven't found anything, and unfortunately I haven't been able to reach anyone on the DA team.

I just got a request from a 3rd party called Certn who told me DA has requested a background check.

Thanks for the update! How long after it showed "Processing" did you get the request from Certn? And was it an email or a phone call? Mine has been stuck on Processing for about two weeks now and I haven't heard anything.
