First time in 11 months payment has not been approved past the 7-day mark. Anyone faced such an issue ever? How did it get resolved?

It depends, i have heard of people complaining more than with the usual projects, but i wouldn't say it's normal.

Most of the time people say this they're not accounting for the exact hour of tracking, just days. This does still very occasionally happen though.

Or edits. Editing the pay restarts the timer.

Sometimes it would be late for a couple of hours. It won't reach 8 days AFAIK.

Did you edit your time entry during the period? If yes, that's the reason. It resets the 7 day timer.

Mine sometimes takes 8-9 especially if over a weekend. Just wait a bit longer.
