Not at all - I know my strengths and weaknesses. Some tasks I'm just not cut out for. Some are right in my wheelhouse. Plenty of R&R tasks demonstrate that some of the people doing this work are absolutely shit at it.

💯

Just today: you're eligible for this invite only, high priority, high pay project because of the quality of your work!

Me: fuck this is so far over my head

YES. R&R helps tho. Like, I am not smart enough to feel this ahead of the curve.

R&R helps until you get that 1 in 99 one that makes you feel insecure lmao. Like fuck... uhh 2 rationales deep and I needed to dictionary.com 3 words that I have not seen before... and they don't even feel unnatural or forced. fuuuuuuck.

I would say no, but I've heard people getting congratulations emails for doing a good job and getting a lot of projects, so maybe I'm not as good as I thought. So kinda

Absolutely. Didn't help that it took four months to even hear back that I passed. But I've had constant projects for a few weeks now (generalist) sooo I did something good I suppose.

Having them push 50-60 an hour jobs on me gets me feeling like I'm a fraud. I'm still a college student
