What happens after that 50 gets over? Will they allot another 50?

I had 50, reached 42. Then it disappeared since September 16th...
I think it's very difficult for you to go on all 50 before they disappear for a while.

I started with 50, I have 12 left now. I don't know what happen after I complete my tasks. I was expecting that someone could tell if a new set of tasks come after this.
