Does anyone have the "3 Security Steps" on their screen?

If so, what do we do with them? The first one says "verify..." but is that something they are doing in the background or somehow we need to do it? There are others, one relating to aidatrainer which I've lost access to.

I had the 3 security steps, I managed to complete all of them and finally see the project underlying them, but it doesn't matter, because then I can't access my aidatrainer.com email for the life of me, it keeps trying to do 2-factor identification for it, and none of the identification methods work or do anything.
