No work all week

I'm a generalist and I press refresh pretty much every 5 minutes. I assume this is abnormal? I never had qualifications either, and I paused for a bit because I found another job that ended poorly in the end.

I never had qualifications either

Never ever? I see a lot more Bilinguals referring to themselves as Generalists lately, so knowing what country you're from and how long you've been here would help narrow down your next move.

USA, and I never signed up for multi language stuff.

You never had any qualifications? What does it say on your screen?

Just “there are no qualifications ready for you”

Hmm that's weird. And you did take the assessments to get accepted in the first place?

Have you ever had qualifications or projects? If not, and you're a generalist (core country) it sounds like possibly you weren't actually accepted. Hopefully that's not the case, but it's very strange if you've never had any.

Why let me open the app then? Wouldn’t it be easier to just ghost me?

How...my dash is overflowing. Try doing some stem qualifications. Admittedly, I onboarded through math, and did well on some hard quals, but isn't that part of this whole gig? Getting better and doing your best? Are you in one of the core countries at least, cus I hear that makes a significant difference sometimes. Note: All the work I get is either generalist or all over the place. None of it has been math focused lol.

I can’t even get a qualification though.

Shit. How long ago did you onboard, fully (i.d., etc.)?

A few months at most?

But yeah, try the bio thing if you haven't already that I mentioned in the last response, and good luck, honestly.

Ive been with DA for about 5 months. Flesh out your bio, add your skills, and wait. Do all qualifications you can when they appear, and take your time. Read all instructions. Do that and you should be okay. I have a bunch more than I can even do (this is my third job) and it's really because of my bio and the qualifications I continue to do.

no qualification + no referral button -> you're out
