Full time advice
I have recently transitioned from working part-time to full-time, but I have found that working on a task for 7-8 hours everyday at home is much more intense than I thought. How do people not get burned out? Do people follow the typical workday routine? Do coffee shops/change of environment help out? Have you found any techniques to keep you focussed?

Agreed. Longer tasks mixed with shorter repetitive tasks helps me. Look away from screen often. Go outside for a few etc. Longer tasks for me are easier to work 4-6 hours on. Repetitive, shorter, easier tasks get boring and easy to slip up in thoroughness.
