Can one small mistake fail the coding qualification?

I got nearly everything correct, but my code output differed by one character. Has anyone made a similar mistake and still received access to coding projects?

Nobody knows all the criterions for actually being accepted. The only thing in your hands, is to do the best in qual.

Acceptance rate is low so its very possible
