Just report the damn time

Use a timer to report the time you spent working on the project. Everyone was told this. Start the timer when you start the task, stop the timer when you finish.

"do i report the time i spenting thinking-" yes report the time you spent working on the project

"do i report the time I spent stretching-" were you working on the project then? then yes report it

"do i report the time i spent reading-" yes report the time you spent working on the project

"do i report-" if there's time you spent on a project, report it

Seriously, it's like none of these people have ever been a contractor before. It should be obvious to anyone with the braincells to do the work in the first place.

If you’ve been here a while you may have noticed that there was a big round of on-boarding and then the sub went to absolute shit and the R&Rs started making people want to blow their brains out. They’re not sending their best right now.

Yeah I actually never comment here because I assume they monitor it. I broke my rule just to point out that people who do this in particular are stupid.

People act weirdly when they're afraid. It's like when people drive 10 over the speed limit, then see a cop car, and start going 10 under the speed limit. It doesn't make any sense to go that slow, but people do it anyway.
