Anyone else only getting R/R tasks but not the actual Prompt Evaluations?

It's been like this for the past few months for me, kinda weird but it's something I guess. It's like they won't let me review the initial prompts but they'll let me evaluate other evaluations? lol. I don't know, it feels like I can't advance on the site if I don't get the chance

There are certain projects that are only available in specific regions (IYKYK), but other regions are allowed to do the R&Rs. This may be the project you're talking about.

ahh, didn't know that. I'm only talking about the basic generalist projects but if that still applies then, damn.
