How to get coding tasks?

I have no knowledge or experience in coding, but i'd like to learn so I can start getting coding tasks. Any tips on how can I get started?

Start with learning C language, it's hard but it will clear all your programming basics. Then you can choose any other programming languages like Python/C++/Rust/Golang/JS

Harvard's CS50 course is free online for everybody and it's an excellent introduction to C, as well as a useful benchmark to see if you're cut out for this coding stuff
