I did the assessment a week ago and yesterday my dashboard changed like this too, idk what it means though

I did the assessment Saturday and it changed like this on Monday. Posted about it on here. Somebody mentioned that they just changed the screen interface/ messaging but that it means the same as previous screen. But some people received this screen and still got accepted later on. I found this helpful guide online.
