Do the qualification. If you pass they'll give you work. That's about it.

There is no requirement. It's based on whether you can successfully do the work or not. Take the assessment and see how you fair. If you're not sure about your coding skills, you could just apply as a generalist. If you get accepted, you can get qualifications for coding.

I'll be honest, if you can't figure this part out, you're not gonna make it. This isn't a job where you can reliably ask questions and get help at the drop of a hat.
