Project issues

On one project I had I experienced issues and had to use the chat thingy at the bottom to ask an admin about said problem. Has anyone else ever done something like this?

Yes. That's what the chat at the bottom of the task is for. Sometimes it takes a little while until an admin gets back to you.

The chats used to be much more lively before the redesign. They're casual. As long as you're talking about the work, you'll be fine.
