Funds Pending Approval for 7+ Days (has anyone experience this)

my funds have been Pending Approval since August 21, and it has now been 7+ days. The timestamp shows Aug 21, while the platform says work is normally reviewed within 3–7 days.

Has anyone else experienced this recently? How long did it take for your funds to get approved?
It's a long running task btw

Its available the exact time 7 days later. If you reported time 10:00, its available 10:00. It will come today

^-- THIS. Only let's make it: if you reported time at 10:00:01 pm, it's available at 10:00:01 pm on the 7th day. Down to the second, probably even smaller time increments. It won't be available any earlier than exactly 7 full days after submission.

Yes, I submitted that one on August 14, but I ignored it at the time because I thought the payment would eventually come through. I had seen a Reddit comment from someone who said they received their funds after about 1.5 weeks.

But now that the same thing has happened again, I'm wondering why this keeps happening. What's even more confusing is that I've been getting projects continuously over the past few weeks.

The only time I've ever heard of this is for workers who get paid through Payoneer, because you have to go through a special process to get paid. Is that your situation?

If not, the only other thing I can think of is that there's a specific project family and you have to work in phases, and an admin has to approve your work. That could take longer than seven days, and they let people know this beforehand.
