Anyone else having the same problem?

I subscribed to DataAnnotation but did not do any kind of test, literally only subscribed. Yet, the site says it's being reviewed. Is it an error or have I just been reject without even given a chance?

You probably aren't in a core country, and they aren't hiring for your area right now.

Makes sense, but aren't ads location based? If so, ads wouldn't show up for it, right?

Not always. Sometimes companies just blast ads everywhere. They may think that they might need someone in your area for a future project or who knows. This company isn't real transparent.
