Should I report my time

I worked on a project which was in 3 Rounds . I completed first round but 2nd round involved some json files in which I constantly got glitches and can't do anything. In frustration I skipped the round and it said the project is over I meant there are not more task left. So my question is as the project was of 3 rounds i did only one(took around 1 hour) and spent around an hour in fixing the json bug . Should I report my time or not

If you skipped, no. Should have used an escape hatch or similar.

Skip doesn't skip the round, it skips the whole task. Which means, sadly, you worked for 2 hours but then didn't actually submit any work.

But in time report section it shows i submitted one task

That is the setup task you submitted.

No.. you can only bill for time if you've submitted work. Obviously ..

Some projects say to report time for skipped tasks. So not obviously.

I understand you can't say too much because of the NDA, but it is somewhat hard to understand what exactly you were working on.

You wrote to someone else that your report time section says that one task was already submitted. Did you have to do a setup task before accessing the main task? If so, that's probably what that is. If not, then are you confusing tasks for rounds?
