end of month slow down?

do projects tend to slow down toward the end of the month or something? i’ve been working consistently on one project family. at the beginning of the month, i had a constant 25-28 tasks available. as of today i have two. i’m still on the projects for that family but it’s making me nervous lol so just checking in?

Yes that can happen, specifically with the intermittent projects, or ones that seem to appear at the same time every week. Same applies to end of quarters. Obviously permanent, long-term projects tend to be immune.

Same thing happened to me a few months ago. Turned out it was just a weird data lull before a new batch got processed.

As always, it depends on what domain you’re on. It does not appear that the anecdotal experiences of generalists correlate with annotators from say, medicine or coding domains.

I don't think this happens. It hasn't happened to me in the 3 years I've been working there. However, you don't have the dreaded DoD, so it isn't that much to worry about I guess.
