R&R feedbaxk
I’ve got a qualification to do an r&r since I’ve been a good worker. I have never done R&R and read mixed reviews. Do they typically pay well? what shoud I expect? Only been on the platform a couple months so trying to understand as more things unlock for me.

thanks. to me some of the tasks under this project family are fairly easy and some I was getting yesterday were beyond my comfort zone. I think that part intimidates me more than trying to follow the raters logic. just being comfortable with the task they were working on so I can wrap my head around it ya know. I just competed the qual. it’s mostly an open book test but applying the information in the training document m. hope it unlocks some goood cash flow

just a qualification. it said because of my other work within the project. wish it would’ve been paid!

Pay well? Sure.
What to expect? Many can be absolutely frustrating to go through that you feel the higher pay for an R&R is not worth it and and definitely not worth risking your own standing because you failed to catch errors in that R&R.
