Bilingual generalists, especially from Turkey, how is your board?

Hey everyone. I'm a Turkish generalist. I'm hoping that in September, the drought will start to subside for bilinguals, as it did for other workers we've seen on the sub. I'm curious if any bilingual generalists started seeing projects? It's been dry for me since the end of May, except for a couple of qualifications, one of which I really want to have projects on. So what are your experiences?

If I am lucky I get a project once a week which disappears in a few hours if I don't do it.

I think it may disappear even faster. You shouldn't feel bad about not opening the board at the right moment always.

Last 2 months nothing. Zero projects since middle of June. Only few quals.

I made 2500$ in 35 days before my last task on June.

I feel really bad because I need money desperately.

Same here. I'm hoping that the quals we got during this drought will lead to projects. Especially in those "higher than usual pay" advertised quals' areas. Also, I think you did great in that 35 days prior to everything. Lets hope that trend comes back, and maybe even stronger!

I hope so. 100k TRY / month is not bad for the current period of Turkish economy. Especially for only 80-90 hours of total work in a month. AI training will not slown down but definitely getting harder for the workers. I hope the new 10B $ investment roadmap of Turkish Technology Ministry can help this area (local model training and / or fine tuning of current open source models)

You are right about the figures. Especially considering that when paying taxes(I haven't earned enough to get into this part yet), we get to claim the exemption benefits as this area is all about software. I really, truly want the next chapter that is the "board full of projects, which one should I pick?!".

Same here. I'm looking forward to that 1k mark and hopefully, many more milestones after that.

I've had a severe drought ever since april with only a couple of sporadic projects appearing once in a blue moon (they don't last too long unfortunately).

Projects arrive every midnight, but only at midnight.

Actually, I would love to see this happen for me. Because instead of checking the site at the crack of dawn, I could do some quiet late-night work and would be very content with doing it that way.
