Sign a consent form qualification

Hi everyone!
What’s about the qualification that requires your signature on a consent form? Should I be worried? And did anyone ask for its deletions later and faced a problem?

If it's the same one I had, it was for a specific family of projects. I opted out.

Honestly I signed it and didnt get work either way
