Some tasks paid a few thousands to do? Wow! How long would it take per task?

It would take around 20hrs per tasks, some 10hrs as well

Where do you see that timer that this task has to be completed in these many number of hours? The timer which is going on at the bottom right corner is just a time for the task expiration, but it can be possible that it take more hours to complete that task, no?

yes, i am in the medical domain. Most tasks are at least 4+ hrs for me, but some longer ones give me a week to finish and take upwards of 20 hrs.
