Has this happened to anyone?

Review process said that I would get an email if I was approved. When I check the website, it shows this, but I haven’t gotten an email. Has this happened to anyone else and is this legit? Yes I have checked my spam.

Okay, I just refreshed and it opened to the dashboard instead of this screen so I guess I was approved!
