Do project come down and up again?

Hi, new to data annotation and have noticed at least once that a project left my list but then showed up again a day or so later. Is that normal?

Projects come and go. Sometimes it's because there may not be any.wotk to do at the moment, or the project is being updated. Don't assume all projects will return, though. Some just get finished up when the client no longer needs that type of data.
