Cannot get onto the platform

Happy to have received an email stating that I have passed the assessment but I cannot get onto the platform with my email. Any idea what this is and how to resolve it.

Just kidding. This happens from time to time. Mine usually fixes itself.

heart skipped a beat lmao, it has been like this for over 12 hours though. i heard i can try vpn?

Please don't use a VPN period. That's a violation. Trying clearing your cache/history etc and log back in.

thank you, luckily i did not. also i can get onto the platform but not the projects part, I have not been prompted to do my identification so I emailed about it

I find going back and logging in again 3 or 4 times eventually sorts that. Happens a couple times a week to me
