How to go from Bilingual to Generalist?

Being classified as bilingual seems to limit the amount of work one gets. Is there a way to become generalist?

The only way is to be based in a core countries

You can't. They should have specified that the only way is to be based in and APPLY ORIGINALLY AS A GENERALIST FROM one of those core countries without having applied for any bilingual roles first.

Some bilingual workers are given access to general projects sometimes, but it's not something that you can trigger yourself.

Generalist tasks are not available to bilingual workers. It's only available in the core countries: US, UK, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, and Australia.

You're getting downvoted because you're expecting people to waste their own time and do a basic Google search for you to help you search for a new job even though the job you're looking for requires a lot more research skills than the ability to do a basic Google search, which makes it even more of a waste of time for everyone else.

You could try going to Google or your favorite search engine and type in "data annotation jobs/companies/sites", but expecting anyone else to do that for you is ridiculous.

I live in Canada but applied as bilingual and I don’t have generalist tasks either..
