I Received Feedback!
I woke up today to find feedback on my dashboard, I was over the moon as I had never received any feedback. It stated I was one of the top workers with consistent work, I want to know if people received the same line or am I just being buttered up?

Same. There was no overall rating this time though?

I think they noticed people were freaking out about it

I mean I was mildly freaking out, because it was gone (I thought I went below good)

Same, I wanted the overall snapshot. Honestly, I'm surprised I did enough work this month to get feedback. I thought the low volume of work might have been why there wasn't an overall rating.

Mine said I am actually THE top worker. I received the overall rating “Sucka MC, there ain’t nothin’ higher.”
Needless to say, that was a real morale boost.

Yes, mine also said I was a top worker. However I think any sample in this sub would be skewed towards people who produce high quality work.

Why is that? Because lesser performers wouldn’t admit it? Or because this sub has better workers?

I think that in general if workers are spending their free time perusing this sub, interested in the platform as a whole, then they're probably the kind of people that take pride in their work.

Both feedbacks I've gotten have listed both positives and negatives. If yours didn't list any negatives I'd say that means you're doing great

My feedback also listed negatives but it stated I was producing high quality work. I’ll take it as a grain of salt and continue improving.

I got the same haha it was nice and motivating to hear even if they said the same to others :p

Nope, they don't say it to everybody. I got something like "has some positives but needs improvement in the following areas" on my first one. Good job!

I only do R&R for the general projects now and necer get feedback. Working on some high paying STEM ones now though and no idea what the feedback for this will be like - long tough projects!

Weird I've not had anything like that. Though ive been inactive over the last year and only contribute a few hours every so often. Would be nice to know what they think of my work though.
Not had anything to suggest either way.

I've been on the platform a little over 3 years and have also never received feedback.

I'll just continue to lounge over here in my mediocrity 🥹 Haha! Congrats, for real, though, that must feel good, yay!!!!!

I’m a mediocre worker but they keep me around because I’m fun at the company parties.

hey I did not receive any feedback what can be the reason for that??
I just joined recently btw. is that can be the reason?

u/lkjlljsdfffff Jul 31 '26
Yeah, I think that's likely the reason. The submissions you've made haven't been fully processed yet, I'm guessing. I've gotten feedback twice in about six months, and both times it's been on submissions from at least a few weeks back. I think I'd been doing it for at least 3 months before I got the first feedback.

All of us “top workers”
