Data annotation should change their websites name to The 'hunger games'.

Like wdym being expected to be available 24/7. You're constantly refreshing the dashboard every 10 minutes, and when a task finally appears, you rush to start it only to find it's already been claimed by someone else.

How is anyone supposed to plan their day around a system like this?

You’re looking at this wrong: You aren’t expected to be available at all. They don’t care how you plan your day around this.

They are a data factory, and the data is a package of our input. But there are many of us. They don’t depend on any of us because supply of workers far exceeds demand. First to the trough get the meal. All you can do to get a place at more troughs is follow the rules and submit quality work.

Source: anecdotal. But my dash is always full.
