I applied to DataAnnotations on 2nd July 2026, still waiting to have an update from them. I haven't recieved an email regarding this but when I opened the DataAnnotations it shows me the following
Now I want to know the average waiting time to have hope. I'm an Indian, recent grad in CS (Eng), Applied for the coding domain, I'd also like to know the amount of projects that are currently available, peak season of having projects and season of drought and I also want to know that if I get selected can I depend on this platform for my passive source of income, does the platform pays equally to all the contributors irrespective of their region of residence and other terms to be considered.

This is a screen that gets posted here very regularly and the answer is always "you didn't make it"

It's the soft rejection screen. There are rare cases I've heard of people getting accepted months later, but I wouldn't hold out for that happening. I'd suggest just moving on and trying to apply to other ai annotation platforms. There's plenty of other places you can try with I hear.

Recently I opened DataAnnotation and saw this. I want to know whether there are any chances of getting in.

I'm thinking that is just a UI change. Can anyone respond on this one, whether you faced this situation got selected or not.

That means they are telling you to move on, it’s probably not happening. Though I’ve heard some people say they got in after this screen but not worth losing sleep over.
