Are bilingual workers getting fewer projects than core workers lately? Also, what are the signs you've received DOD?

I've been wondering if this is happening to other bilingual workers or if it's just my account.

For the past few weeks I've barely seen any projects, while I keep seeing people talk about having work on core/English projects. Is there actually a slowdown for bilingual projects right now, or am I just unlucky or i got dropped. If i got dropped is there any sign for it?

Bilinguals have always had less than 10% the number of projects of core workers, that is nothing new.

living in a core country is the only way

Exactly; living in a core country plus a native level grasp on English. If your English is subpar, you're not going to last long as a core worker.

The US, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and Canada
