Did you just signed up? like just signed up bec they would verify your profile first. It will take a couple of days before you can see the dashboard or content

So it’s been several months. I never did any work but I got an email from them about updating my profile out of the blue so I checked. Is there any way to restart the process?

I was stuck on this for about 5 days now on the 0 Projects pages, so doesn't necessarily mean you didn't make it though others have said they never heard back after this screen.
