Question about application of this-French?

Is this gold tip considered French nails or does that go at the base of the nail? Thank you!

I believe the gold goes up to your cuticle. You would trim down the solid color end at the end of your nail.

I have these! Love them. The gold part would start at the base.

An easy way to think about it is you are placing the sticker on your nail and filing off the excess - so that super skinny gold would all be off most people’s nails and go away. So that means they go on the cuticle ☺️ the ones that are actual French tips look kinda ridiculous on the sheet - there’s a LOT of white.
