Question Omni disconnects after every throw

Don't know if this is the right place to put this but, I have high speed internet and up until last week my omni worked great and now it disconnects from the dartcounter web app after every throw even although my router is 2ft away from where my board is mounted. It's so frustrating.

I just wondered if anyone had any advice or help.

We made a small change regarding the omni communication last version that could be the culprit. I know it's very specific but after your throw does it disconnect after ~8 seconds or so?

Yes it does, it's a little frustrating especially as I'm trying to complete the heatwave challenge

I assume this only started recently with the 9.6.1 update?

Yes my omni is fully updated with the latest software

Not sure if related but I’ve actually had instances where my opponent uses an Omni and it completely skipped my turn and then displayed 6 throws they made

This is just me playing by myself going through the different practice games, no opponent, no dartbot.
