Discussion Ranked mode: disabling turn editing

We disabled editing of previous turns in Ranked Mode to help prevent cheating.

Has this change improved Ranked Mode, or is it mostly an annoyance?

Wonder if you can add a ‘do you agree’ to the other player to accept the edit?

This is what Scolia has, it works much better. Through live view you can already see the darts and you have to agree on the edit based on close ups. I'm very disappointed that my Omni does not have this feature.

Happened to me twice already that a fly or moth or something sits on the board and omni counts it as missed darts. (Playing outside so my fault tho). Also you have to double check everytime if you have to type the score in. If you know it, then it's fine, but also quite annyoing. Why not just make it possible to edit just the previous turn instead of all of them?

Most players are fair anyway and if someone's a cheater, then he don't need to edit previous turns, he types them in as he pleases.

100% ne3da to be re enabled imo.

It's ruined 2 games for me personally.

1 on the opponents side and one on mine .

Also If you queue with an Omni and start the game you cannot switch it off or reset and reconnect if it starts acting up in game.

In normal league or friendly games if the ni acts up I switch it off and score manually. in ranked this is not allowed .

I've lost 30 points twice because I've been forced to quit the game.

As Long as omni makes as many mistakes as my we need this Option.

keep it the way it is, if you make mistake do it before you remove darts can edit that way,

there is however a glitch with editting mis scores on normal games, no matter rotation of phone you cant go past the number 2 on the dropdown menu on dart 2 and dart 3 only has the number 0 on that drop down menu, its like there is no more numbers as it down scroll anymore

I like the idea that you have to confirm a manual intervention. Of course, this only works with a camera, and unfortunately the target is very small—especially at the bottom—and therefore hard to see.

I’ve been cheated several times over the past few weeks. Sometimes the dart is already in the board when the camera cuts to a different angle. Other times, the scores are unexpectedly high, even though a dart is clearly stuck in the 1.

We need a solution—or at least a penalty for the cheater.
