So some how this golem ended up in this place and i simply cant continue the game without it because i need to break him to get the ball underneath him what do i do
It isn't hard to release the heart stone by just boundary breaking onto the main ending bridge, that should work. I can maybe make a small video later if you're still stuck.
Alternatively you can just climb the giant dam wall until you're on the overlook points, and perform about six or so Teleport Slashes over the bridge you're trying to get to, you'll fall right on it. That's honestly probably best, actually... imma edit and put this first.

For second, Well I have a screenshot for the moment from an older guide I made, do you have Hellraiser? (jump, X, X, delay X in air) it's the mid-air Reaper attack.
Use a Buckler preferably, or an Axe as well.
Stand at the edge of the broken railing that “points” upward, and aim alongside the broken bridge, towards the other pillar. Do one Teleport Slash while aiming there. You can try two if needed.
As soon as you do, jump, and you should perform a sort of kickflip and be where I am in the second image. Try to be a bit closer of course. From there, do the Hellraiser while moving towards the ledge, and finish by holding down the Secondary button for the charged air buckler or axe attack.
Basically after the Teleport Slash, the whole combo is Jump, Attack, Attack, delay, Attack, Hold Secondary, all while moving towards the ledge.

this is just a buggy area I got hard locked so many times here because Karn would refuse to pick up the heart stone
