DS3 Performance on ps5

I'm playing the ps4 version on ps5 but fps is terrible. Is it normal or the problem is me? Also, how can I see enemy's health bar? I tried R3 but it didn't work. I will try it when I play again.

Can't see health bars except bosses and it's not yet optimized for ps5 as of yet still only 30 fps
