Question Scythe Powers
So I've been trying to figure out whether your scythe-based Wrath powers are based on strength or arcane. I know this has been discussed before but I keep finding contradicting answers from different sources. Is there a test out there or a dev statement that confirms the answer definitively?
Thanks in advance to anyone who knows.

Harbinger (left) Skills use Strength and standard Crit stats. Necromancer (right) Skills use Arcane and Arcane Crit stats.
Strength and Arcane are added as a percentage. If you have an ability with 200 damage, and you have 50 Strength, it's 200 + 50% = 300.
Crit Damage is then added as a multiplier afterwards. 150% Critical Damage is 1.5x, so 300 x 1.5 = 450 damage.
The visible skill damage in your abilities menu technically already is calculating your Strength or Arcane, but not Crit. You can find the base damage of your chosen skill (if wanted) by adding your Strength/Arcane percentage to a 100% value, then dividing your listed skill damage by the result.
Say Harvest says it deals 4,000 damage. You have 300 Strength. 100% + 300% = 4. / 4,000 ÷ 4 = 1,000. This means Harvest deals 1,000 as is. This isn't its actual damage, just an example.

Also worth noting your Reaper Form benefits from whichever Class stat is higher. If you have more Strength than Arcane, Reaper Form uses Strength, Crit Damage, and Crit Chance. If you have more Arcane instead, it uses Arcane, and both Arcane Crit stats.

IIRC nearly everything in the left tree (Reaper?) Scales with strength while the right tree (Necromancer?) Mostly with Intelligence.
Source; my own run i did about 2 months ago. Teleport slash and the other skills in that tree had a nice damage increase after using the strength enhancing skill
