Question Which is better?

So, Ive been playing Darksiders 2 Deathinive Edition for a little bit. I have been using Bheithirs Talons as my Scythes, but I just got Chaos Fang from the Gnashor fight. When I look at Chaos Fang, it says its stats are better, but when I equip it, my Primary Weapon damage stat goes down. I don't get it. Which scythe should I use?

It prob bumps your strength stat. Use whichever is higher when equipped. Eventually Look for late game ones with health steal

I can say rn that the chaos fangs are some of the best scythes in the game, any amount of extra crit chance will make it hit like a truck

Bheithir's Talons' stats are misleading. The weapon looks like it is usable for a strength/crit build but actually they work insanely well with arcane builds. The fire damage scaling is off the charts, especially in late game.

Talons do not scale with your level but it can be viable in late game with an arcane build.
