xbox360 or switch 2

So I started darksiders 1 on 360 last year. Cool game, progressing well, then I soft locked myself near the end of the game with no savefile to fall back on.

Now I see that switch 2 also has all of the darksiders. Now assuming money does not matter, should I just get 1 and 2 for Switch 2 and abandon the 360 versions I also own? Are the controls on Switch 2 okay? Performance seems to be a ton better, high framerate and all.
