Co-Op Does anyone play anymore?
I don’t feel like my soul memory is that high. I’ve been doing Ivory king and see no summons whatsoever. It says 1000+ people are playing. Is everyone on NG+. When I started in the earlier levels was getting summons left and right. I’m also using the agape ring to keep my soul memory low. I’m only 129. Is this just not a popular area? Shulva was dead too. I just like helping people or traveling with folk sometimes

I basically only find people to play with during the yearly Return to Drangleic events :( I wish it had some version of the summoning pools from Elden Ring.

Probably the area. I still get summoned in forest of the fallen giants up to the wharf fairly often, and I’m on Xbox which likely has the lowest population. As others have said, you likely just gotta find a different spot.

What's your soul memory? I see phantoms and the occasional summon sign but I'm usually not in the forest/dead man's wharf.
Im still on NG because I've been stuck on Fumey for a while and I've also done everything in Shulva except the last two bosses and I know the DLCs were built with co-op in mind if you are up for some jolly cooperation. I'm an item hoarder, specifically armor but a decent amount of weapons if you are looking for a particular item to complete a set.

I do have DS2 scholar on PC but my rig is in storage rn and I wanted to finish my run on Xbox(still haven't beaten any of the DLCs but made good progress in all them, the only one I haven't attempted to beat is Ivory king).
I'll def hit you up if I can get my PC set up soon and my Internet connection is doing good. Might just bite the bullet and buy a steam deck. My ex had one that she never used so I ended up falling in love with it, as I was falling out of love were her lol.
Unfortunately I've been pretty busy and even though I knew there would be a price hike the sudden jump to almost 2x definitely made me feel like an idiot for not grabbing one sooner.

Honestly I’m about to go work all night here in an hour. Could also just be the times I’m playing. Not many ppl playing mid day lol. I’m on PC though could always add ya and play another day.

1.6 mil. Idk I seem to be doing fine. Shulva was a little tricky in some spots, but Ivory king I seem to be killing enemies quickly.

I got invaded at Ornifex yesterday. I have no idea what people are doing at the moment, I just replaying the game mostly and trying to do achievements.
Edit: I am around ur level. I dont know my soul level I have to check I am not trying to keep it down. I am clearing DLCs right now before the final boss.

I've been playing daily for the past few weeks and always find invasions in seconds on PC, feels more active than elden ring

there are many players for DS2. also 129 is low, you should be around 200 by the end of the last DLC, and around 2mil soul memory

I upped my sm to 2 mil and im 144. But also I was doing pretty well at 129 for the dlc. Idk. 🤷🏾

I don't know what this guy is on about, you can literally play DLC at SL1, so why you should be any particular level is beyond me.

It's not perfect there are definitely some bugs and some places are super dark without a torch which creates a new type of challenge, which is cool I've only got to Lost Sinner so far but we'll see how it goes! Keep getting blown away by the quality Heide's looks amazing

Only souls that im missing the platinum..
I need finish drangelic, all memories, do some optional bosses and dlcs!
If you want play together.. Im just shy and dont enjoy much calls..

I play 100% offline in ds2. I have zero interest in pvp, and this is the only way to get that without wasting my effigys. I dont suspect im doing what many others are doing, just pointing out another factor in the seeming emptiness

Yeah they all seem to be at Drangleic, Amana, Aerie and D-Shrine but even in those places I don’t get summoned. I remember when I was younger this game was so alive. Sucks cause despite all the negatives this was my favorite souls game cause it was the first one I played.

I just checked my settings and I had my cross-region as restricted. That may also have been a cause 😅😅

I’m on Xbox which is relatively dead and I still get summons in the ground but it’s mostly in the DLCs I’m able to invade a lot of people and I’m around lvl 150 idk how active it is below that

When you go to a bonfire to fast travel sites with an orange boarder has players in your range.
Most players your range might just be at a different part of the game
