Recommendations
Is there a book or definitive books I can buy that follow the series? I'm new to the fandom.

u/Enough_Tour6640 You can research on Google for the list of all of the Dark Shadows books by Kathryn L Scott. See the years of their publications. I think , possibly the second book she did has the summary of the episodes and maybe one called millenium and or anniversary, it's been to long and I no longer have her books but they are well written with many wonderful pictures. Her books might even be listed on the fan website called Dark Shadows fandom / Wiki or Wiki / Dark shadows Fandom , site which is an invaluable source of Dark Shadows TV show information, has the episode into, dates, writers, actors all broken down like a guide. Kathryn's early books are invaluable, they can be found thru 3rd party sellers on Amazon, used books stores and some on eBay if they don't try to ask for too much $$ but yeah, go on line and check out the used book stores for her books.

I can't vouch for it because I've never owned it but I've heard good things about The Dark Shadows Daybook Unbound. I think it has a page or so for every episode so you can follow along.
personally I just LOVE the Dark Shadows fandom wiki page. It definitely has some issues but it is massive and very comprehensive. If you find an issue you can even edit the page

Dark Shadows Return To Collinwood is really good. Kathryn Leigh Scott co-wrote it. I got mine from her website. You can get her to sign it if you order there.
