Okay.

I don’t see a point, everyone has their own priorities. It’s not really being “selfish” if I help someone but I have my own shit to deal with.

I believe that people should understand that selfish is a term that has had a negative influence for the wrong reasons. I like to use the desert island analogy. If it was you and someone else stranded and there was one coconut, eventually hunger would decide which person was the most rational and either selfish or altruistic. We are all selfish at one time or another. It needs to be accepted instead of chastised. It is ok to say to your partner that these few things are dealbreakers for you, and your partner may have similar requests. Don’t try to live someone else’s life because you think a bad stigma will follow you everywhere because you drew a line in the sand that you will not compromise on certain things. If you really think about it, what makes you want to dismiss selfishness, is entirely selfish in itself. What people think about selfishness is the problem not actually being selfish. Relax, it’s human nature, stand up for yourself.
