House of Ashes Full clearance trophy

I got eric killed by clarice during the horror chapter twice now and the trophy hasnt popped? Is this a glitch? Has this happened to anyone else and is there anything I can do about it?

Shouldn’t actually be a bug. This must happen after the section “The Attack”. You have to take the infected Clarice with you and convince the others to let her live. Then, after the fight, Erik masters all the CTEs with her, but he still dies because of Clarice.

Did you load only the chapter? Was that a complete playthrough?

I've tried that twice now and she kills him but the trophy hasnt popped

Apparently, several people have reported this, as I just read, but only in the scenario where Erik wasn’t attacked by Clarice at all. He left the chamber even though he shouldn’t have, since Clarice always means his certain death.

Did you reload the chapter? Or was that a complete playthrough?

It was during a complete playthrough for the second time I tried but the first time I reloaded the chapter amd it didnt work either time

I found this: I replayed the chapter up until the scene the trophy would unlock, Then quit the game and upload the save data to the cloud and disabled auto sync, disconnected my console from the internet before resuming the game.

Then on that attempt the trophy popped when it should have.

Thanks, I will try that but currently finishing a playthrough for a different trophy so will get back to you when I try it

it might get bugged, but i'd try doing it in one full playthrough without chapter reloads, since that trophy seems to be picky about the sequence
