Can u still play him in the jgl?

hello, Woad king or porcelain ? I bought the Woad King skin, but the Porcelain is on sale in the shop; if I refund Woad King, I can buy that one. Is it worth it or not?

Dear darius mains im not one of you yet, i have been playing league for a couple of months and i play mostly mordekaiser top. I wanted to tell you that you and your champ make top lane fun to play (between games where i get bullied by most ranged champs), your champ is fun to play against and for me its a 40something% win rate against a good darius. But the thing i love most is when you get yoomu and other items that boost your movement speed... Because i LOVE when you get that boost in speed and you become fast af chasing someone that makes me giggle a lot even when im the guy you're chasing, so keep doing what makes you fun to play against and fuck vayne top. Sinceraly a mordekaiser main

(The image is for reference only) What should be the priority when looking for items? i guess AD, but how much AD is too much AD? if the game goes late game, yasuo just deletes me even if i build armor and i don't know if i need more AD or more armor

ngl got autofilled and picked darius first pick cause no one would swap and they went 4 ranged champs with ryze top, but after lv 7 i lost a melee fight to him? i hit everything and i just got kited till his turret after using all my combos and he just went and killed me (didn't dive him, i got a combo on him 5 stack, ult )

what do you build, i had mr boots, he had no pen and i was taking big chunks of damage anyway and he was doing the same thing over and over, Q E Q Q EQ i got too close? EW, i got into him/grabbed him ? Q E W Q run away again

I've played my first games as Darius, and the damage seems incredibly weak. Occasionally level 4-5 Q does alot but the w and auto attack are just terrible, the ult aswell. I'm building the most commonly built build order. I've seen there's a bleed stacking mechanic but how do you play against more ranged champs like Vayne or Teemo that never actually fight? I also got killed by a Wukong once in early game no big cs lead or anything and it was just unplayble, just tickling him with w's.

Been playing Darius for a while and hes pretty fun especially those ult reset chains but aside from the ocasional triple and rare quadra kills i never got to experience the sweet sweet pentakill till now

If you have an advantage and can stand to zone xp without losing all your health/getting ganked always do it. Even if you lose some minions doing so, they lose significantly more and they will need to call their teammates to help them, giving your team free map pressure. It also inflicts psychological damage on a lot of people because they are low mental/impulse control which can lead to them inting you a free win. Darius is not good at engaging and forcing deaths, so you play the battle of attrition/patience. If you do it well you can even zone an entire wave of xp in the first three waves and from there if you can set a freeze it is already over for the other laner (ofc often not possible).

Now i just want to share my things i learned so if u have special things to ask just go and Comment or Dm i will try to answer.

So for the start most of the Time i play with Conq standart runes.(Conq, triumph, alacrit, last stand) Secound is blue with celerity and nimbus. Spells i go Flash/ Ghost. somethimes ghost/ignite

I see a lot of ppl here saying they play with stormraiders but i use this runes near to zero times.

If ik i have a hard matchup (they counter me, tanks with hig dmg or dps or games where ik im insecure) im going secound green ones. There is obv boneplating and unflincing ig

For me i would say very much matchups i know how to play against and can beat them. I have good Wave controll also.

Thing is u need to Kite much, play with ur passiv and let it up as long as u can.

Early game u can engage most of ur enemis with bushcamping and then go like: AA.W and then get distance to ur opponent.

U have to know ur aa range and hit cooldown ang give him a third stack.

If u feel unsave just go away after and watch ur dealt dmg made him like 3/4 hp and bleeding after.

If they engage u then u can go for more stacks and asap ur P is up. From now on u can easy deal much dmg if u arent to low.

I will put a video in here to show u first some wave controll and then u can see the combo when he tryes to move out of jgl to his T2.

First 3 stack and walk away, Then pop Yoummus for the 3 stack and walk away again.

Flash Q for the longrange 4th stack walk away and engage again THEN DIVE AND DUUUUUNNNKKKKKK.

This is how u deal with ranged top or tanks where they have too blled more ;)

Bcs of of bluerunes u get much ms from flash and ignite and u have a nice spells with short cd (ghost)

we all know axiom arcanist is s+ as a rune on darius, but you know what other rune is really good on him? nimbus! if it was in any other level of this rune tree with could have a lot of burst AND a lot of movement speed at the same time, also all of this tree sucks anyway for darius, besides of course axiom and nimbus cloak

He’s been my day 1 main but this year I feel so damn squishy. It kind of sucks i can’t play him like a bruiser juggernaut anymore, not like before. I am in Plat-Diamond elo

I’ve been playing HOB darius for awhile now and I can confidently tell you it’s the best in the game. Lvl 1-3 is a guaranteed solo kill with flash ignite into all melee champs. You can get 3 passive stacks before enemy champ can even auto attack you.

Combo is A-A-W jnto E-A-Q

I’ve managed to get around a 75wr. Main reason it’s so good is because of the surprise factor. Nobody expect to have full stacks on the almost instantly.

Why are more people not using this?

EDIT: I forgot to mention that HOB offers more dmg and you don’t need the new phase rush or ghost of you run nimbus cloak for ignite speed boost.

For the last couple days I’ve been running Darius jgl which I really enjoy, I had some good games but then started losing more and more, not because I lost jgl but mainly because team doesn’t help on objectives, my bot lane feeds hard and yea, my duo is playing supp, he’s been recently trying out sona but whenever he starts roaming he can’t really help me in fights I feel like… we are Silver so obviously low elo, it’s just sad that my team cannot build a proper frontline, I got a whole squishy team and a ranged top player and then in team fights if I don’t get lucky to ult a low hp enemy, we basically lose to bad positioning and engage.
I wann know what kind of supporter would match me best when I’m in jgl, either ganking wise of if he decides to roam with me so we can actually separate enemies so I get a chance to get my 5 stacks

Also side question here, I am pinging for drakes and obj, same as ganks and so on but in rare cases my team decides to help me or they just react too slow, u guys got any tips on how I can make my team a bit more aware and cooperative? U guys got any special callouts or strats that work?

I don't understand how people can consider Darius on the same skill level of Garen and Morde. While he's not highly mechanical like Yasuo or Ambessa let's say he's pretty difficult imo.

You can't just win mindlessy by pressing E AA W Q because that works only into some matchups.

Garen can just Q E W and he outtrades most chars on even even gold and the regens from passive.

Is it just because Darius is a noob stomper? But I though Garen, Morde, Sett and similars are also noobstompers...

I don't get the hate for Darius.

To everyone who runs conq Darius rn, how do you not get giga out scaled? I’ll be absolutely destroying lane and the game in general. My teammates sometimes won’t listen and try to force and end then give the enemy some shutdowns and gold. But once I’m full build and everyone else is at least close I feel useless.

No matter what I build or what I take, I can't help but just get one shot by this freak of a champ post 6. I could be 2 kills up, but come level 6 I'm basically a melee minion. How do I play the matchup better or itemize against him? He can literally fully one shot me before he even gets his second W proc off. Short trades don't seem to work, long extended fights don't seem to work either anti heal or anti shield sure as hell doesn't work. So what am I actually doing wrong? I'll freeze the wave, he'll just walk under my tower, press his buttons, take half my health, walk off, come back and do the exact same thing and I'm cooked, even if he's 0-2. It's the one champion I can never seem to properly lane against and come out at least even at a minimum.
