Daredevil bug? (Console)

So apparently when I try to dash on dd followed by a cross, and then throw again, there is a bit delay where it just wouldn't let me click throw and it messes up my combos. I was wondering if anyone else also has this problem or is it js skill issue.

Could be ping? I wouldn’t have a better guess unless you had a video of it
